I have used Surprise Lucy from CC Designs for this New Year Card

I Coloured the image with Spectrum Noir markers and the papers are from Echo Park Summer Days paper Pad

I then used the easel card form to make the card base and the Happy Birthday is an older stamp from Stampin up as is the punch for this card
