I have used CC Designs stamp Party Time Lucy.
I have coloured her using my Spectrum Noir pens and the papers are Kaisercraft 6x6 paper pad Bubblegum Hills
The sentiment is from the K Andrew Designs stamp sets Fashionable Friends and Sew Much Fun
I am also entering this into the All that Scraps - Anything Goes Challenge

Lovely card
This card is so sweet, butterflies of different colours make the background pop just the right amounts, Party Lucy looks fantastic.
