Valentines Girl

This week at Hiding in my Craft Room the challenge is Valentines Day.

We were sponsored by the Scrapbook Stamp Society  and we were given a digital kit to play with to do our project

I printed out one of the card images a few times and layered some of the elements with foam adhesive

I have used CC Designs stamp Party Time Lucy.

 I have coloured her using my Spectrum Noir pens and the papers are Kaisercraft 6x6 paper pad Bubblegum Hills

The sentiment is from the K Andrew Designs stamp sets Fashionable Friends and Sew Much Fun

Tag your it

It is time for out Saturday challenge over at Hiding in my Craft Room and we have a technique challenge this week it is Use Tags.

For my card I have made a card that has 2 tags within it

For this card I have coloured this digi stamp Marci with Watercan from La La Land Stamps with Spectrum Noir markers. 

The first TAG is on the front here that has the sentiment on it. The sentiment is from K Andrew Designs stamp set I Heart You I have used a tiny tag to keep the image as the main focus. 

Do you see the tag at the top of the card?? This is the second tag on the card and you need to open the card to see it in use!!

Coffee Scraps

Today I am doing the post at Getting Cricky
Recently I made this card using my box of scraps in rainbow colours, that I then scalloped punched. 

This then left more scraps from the other end, and I hate throwing out something that could be used, so I then decided to see what I could do with them. 

So I cut the base of this coffee cup from the Cricut cart Love U a Latte, I then used the off cuts from the card above to layer on to the cup base. 

I had enough left that I them made this one as well 

So lots of scraps used up and 3 cards from the them. 

I used the stamp sets Coffee & Treats Tag-along as well as Sweet July. Both of these stamp sets are still available in the store HERE

Super Scraps

It is Super Scraps Saturday at Hiding in My Craft Room today and I have made a truly scrappy card for you today.

Recently I was making packs of cards as Christmas presents for the teachers  and others that I needed them for and my desk was covered in scraps of paper that I have used to make these cards. I needed 2 more cards to finis off the packs so I decided you use what I already had out. 

This is the result

And I am sorry to say that I don't really know what papers they are, but I'm sure they are a mix of American crafts,  My Minds Eye and Kaisercraft

This sentiment is also from Kaisercaft rub-ons, I have had these for ages and I am trying to us these up. The Star stamp is from the K Andrew Designs stamp set Sweet July.

Pretty in Pink

Today at Hiding in my Craft Room we have our Colour Challenge Black, White + 1 colour of your choice.

Normally I would do a black and White card with just a hint of the other colour, but this time I decided to use the + colour as the main focus and just accent with the black & white.

I have used Pink as my + colour, can you tell!!

I have used the Cricut cartridge Nifty Fifties for the dress form. The  paper is from the Crafters Choice "Garden" paper stack available for the Aussie store Spotlight. The ribbon is from the ribbon box at Big W. 

I embossed the dress with the cuttlebug folder Swiss Dots and the sentiment is from the Kaisercraft rub-ons Birthday Cards

Now is the time to get creative with Black White + 1 colour and join us at Hiding in my Craft Room challenge #79
