Fairy Minnie

So today's challenge is.... "Fantasy Land"

So I have made a Minnie Mouse card with a twist. 

Now, Minnie Mouse is not a Fairy but I thought to make her more on the fantasy side she would need a set of wings.  

I used 2 Cricut carts for this image. The first of course is Mickey and Friends for the Minnie image, and the wings are from Straight from the nest. 

The background paper is My Minds Eye Spots paper pack, and the ribbon is from spotlight. 

For the sentiment I have used K Andrew Designs stamps set Positive Thoughts

I punched the label from a stamping up punch then stamped the sentiment on it. I then went over the sentiment with a glitter pen to give it some shimmer.

I have then used Liquid pearls to add some colour to the tag and Kindy Glitz on Minnie's dress and bow, what is a fair without glitter!?!

I would have to say this card is one of my all time favourites!!

I have used a EK Success border punch and DCWV sweets paper pack. The cut is from sweethearts Cricut cartridge that I have borrowed from my niece (Thanks) That I have then embossed using the Cuttlebug folder "Love Language".

So on to today's card, It is a valentines card that you could make to give to a child. 

So to make this card I have first punched the corners with a 

EK Success corner punch, I have used paper from DCWV Sweets paper stack.  The image is from Cricut A Childs Year and it has been embossed using the Cuttlebug folder "Love Language".

The heart is Fiskars crazy heart punch that was the perfect size to fit the sentiment onto.

The sentiment is of course from K Andrew Designs Stamp sets!!

The Everything... is from Coffee & Tea Treats and the Love..

 is from Coffee & Tea for You & Me.

Coffee & Tea for You & Me - Day 5

Day 5 of Pre-Hop Projects!!

This week the Getting Cricky Design Team that I am very lucky to be a part of, is having a
pre-hop week before our Blog Hop on Friday the 20th January!!

We were asked to use a set of stamps to showcase this particular stamp set. I am using the wonderful Coffee & Tea for You & Me and the Coffee and Tea Time image set and Coffee & Tea Treats Tag-Along Sentiments.

Today's card again features Coffee & Tea Time image set 
&
Coffee & Tea Treats.

So for this card it is Hot Chocolate themed, I have used DCWV Garden Party paper for the background and Kaisercraft sweets paper range for both sized circles. 

The images were all stamped with colorbox chalk ink.

The sentiment stamp is from Coffee & Tea Treats and I have inked the edges of this.

Coffee & Tea for You & Me - Day 4

Day 4 of Pre-Hop Projects!!

This week the Getting Cricky Design Team that I am very lucky to be a part of, is having a

We were asked to use a set of stamps to showcase this particular stamp set. I am using the wonderful Coffee & Tea for You & Me and the Coffee and Tea Time image set and Coffee & Tea Treats Tag-Along Sentiments.

For Today's card I have used The Cricut Cartridge 

3 Birds on parade.

The background is craft card then paper from DCWV Pocket full of Posies paper stack. The ribbon is from my local craft store spotlight.

This made sentiment using Coffee & Tea for You & Me. The friend is the friendship stamp and I masked the "ship" part. I used a glitter pen over the sentiment to give it a bit of sparkle!!

Coffee & Tea for You & Me - Day 3

Day 3 of Pre-Hop Projects!!

This week the Getting Cricky Design Team that I am very lucky to be a part of, is having a
pre-hop week before our Blog Hop on Friday the 20th January!!

We were asked to use a set of stamps to showcase this particular stamp set. I am using the wonderful Coffee & Tea for You & Me and the Coffee and Tea Time image set and Coffee & Tea Treats Tag-Along Sentiments.

So on to today's card. 

The main feature on this card is Coffee & Tea Time , The inspiration for the Dutch fold card is from Split Coast Stampsers. If you would like to know how to do this watch the tutorial Here .

For this card I have Paper pieced the coffee cups.
 This means I stamp on each coloured paper then layer the pieces on top of one another to create a coloured image.
The background papers are DCWV pocket full of posies, and all other pieces are from my scraps. The bling is Kaisercraft.

The sentiment on the front of this card is from K Andrew Designs  Coffee & Tea Treats and Coffee & Tea for You & Me. 

The inside of the card has a sentiment made from Coffee & Tea for You & Me

Coffee & Tea for You & Me - Day 2

Day 2 of Pre-Hop Projects!!

This week the Getting Cricky Design Team that I am very lucky to be a part of, is having a
pre-hop week before our Blog Hop on Friday the 20th January!!

We were asked to use a set of stamps to showcase this particular stamp set. I am using the wonderful Coffee & Tea for You & Me and the Coffee and Tea Time image set and Coffee & Tea Treats Tag-Along Sentiments.

Today I have used the Coffee & Tea Time set for the images and Coffee & Tea for You & Me for the "labels" and Coffee & Tea Treats for the sentiment.

I used Kaisercraft paper for the bottom layer and it was punched with a fiskars border punch Apron lace.

These images were coloured with watercolour pencils and blended with a colourless blender pen.

The Label for the Coffee's are all on the Coffee & Tea for You & Me stamp set!!

The sentiment is on the Coffee & Tea Treats stamp set and the "waves" are the steam from the Coffee & Tea Time Image sets!!
