I have used the Pumpkins digital stamp from

 Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps! 

and coloured the image with Copic markers.

For the layers I used a stitched rectangle die and the scalloped tag punch is from Stampin up.

The pumpkins were coloured twice and popped up to make another layer on this tag, so 5 layers in total!
