I used 

Button/Die cut/Blending 

for the card below

I coloured the Yappy Friends image from The Cutting Cafe

I used Spectrum Noir markers and cut the image with the snow globe die from a local Australia supplies Nini's Things, the buttons from my stash

The papers are really old ones, sorry I don't know the manufacture
