I have coloured Christmas Mouse with Spectrum Noir markers and cut the circle with a spellbinders die. The paper is a Christmas paper pad from Kmart here in Oz.
The scallop punch is from Close to my Heart and the ribbon is a reuse from a package I received, lovely isn't it!!
